Faiza N. Syed began her journey in 2017 with FNS Interior Design Studio, where she launched initiatives as an educator and professional trainer, empowering students and professionals to explore the intersection of design, lifestyle, and property value. What started as a teaching platform soon evolved into a broader mission — guiding clients not only in creating interiors, but also in making property decisions that shape their future.
In 2022, she expanded this vision by founding FNS Real Estate Advisory & Home Staging, uniting property consultancy, interior architecture, and client experience into one seamless journey. With a Master’s degree in Interior Design from Florence Design Academy, Italy, Faiza brings international design perspective and strategic insight to every project.
